What is your return policy? How can I request a refund?

We hope that you enjoy all of your audiobook purchases on Chirp. If you’re not satisfied with your audiobook, please let us know so we can review the purchase for a refund. We’ll gladly refund your purchase as long as we receive the request within 45 days of your purchase date and you haven’t listened to a significant portion of the audiobook’s content.

Please use our contact form to request a refund. When requesting a refund, please include the title of the audiobook in your message.

Please note: At this time, we aren't able to exchange books, we can only issue a refund for the original purchase price. A refund will always be returned to the original payment method. If you paid with a Chirp gift card, the refund amount will be returned to your gift card balance.
