Why is Chirp asking for my billing address?

Chirp asks for your billing address to ensure that we're abiding by any sales tax regulations in your area. We'll only ask for your state and zip code (or province and postal code if you're in Canada).

If you live in a US territory, please use the "Country" drop-down menu. Once you've made a selection, you should see that both the "State" and "Country" boxes have matching information.
